Jiu-Jitsu - Beginner/First-time Orientation class - This is by booking only. If you have never had any jiu-jitsu or grappling experience before and would like an orientation, please book this class.  In the orientation we go over the very basics of Jiu-Jitsu.

Gi - is the traditional uniform for jiu-jitsu. Looks like a jacket and pants.
No-Gi - rash guard (compression shirt), shorts and spats (compression pants). Athletic shirt and shorts will be fine if you don't have a jiu-jitsu specific rash guard and shorts.

Open Mat - This is the time when there is no structured class and students can work on what they've been learning and roll with each other.

Striking Class - bring gloves and shin guards if you have them. This is a combination of Muay Thai, kickboxing, MMA.

Striking Sparring open mat - Mouth guards, shin pads, and gloves will be needed. Light sparring, low impact.
